 In Ise, a rope is hung on the front door all year round, and the wooden plaque says "Somin future descendant family gate." 
 It is said that the legend is that Susano, who is said to be the younger brother of Amaterasu Okami, the shrine deity of the shrine, spared the gentle Somin future from the plague.
