We use plenty of bluegrass grown in Ise Bay, Mie Prefecture. In order to take full advantage of the scent of Aosa, we use Aosa Dashi and Aosa powder from our own factory. It is a udon that you can enjoy a mellow, rich and strong sauce with a combination of soy sauce, which is proud of Miman, and the taste of Aosa.
